The aim, needless to say, is to create a happy and motivated team spirit as you reward your team with a fun day 'out'. Our sessions are designed to enhance positive group interaction, to create and share success together as a collective, and to experience new ways of looking at our (work) mates. Drumming

Drumming in the group is great for team building. We welcome any level of drummers and guide them, so that each one feels comfortable, in order to have a group success (warm hands and pounding hearts, making music together.

 

Drama

Through Drama Games we can experiment with different roles. We gain information about our own and other’s personal history and we can play out new possibilities for change. Builds self-confidence as well as self-esteem. Through improvisation exercises we learn to deal better with unexpected situations, and we become more spontaneous. But it doesn’t have to go that far; through these interactive games we increase concentration, and become more aware and present.
